Job Description:
- Independently manage files from commencement until resolution
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation materials
- Advocate for clients in the BC Supreme Court Chambers, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada
- Act as second chair and work with senior counsel in developing and implementing strategies for very large and complex files
- LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Litigation experience, post call
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong advocacy and client engagement skills
- Base salary ranging from $100,000-$155,000 + bonus
