Our client, an innovate startup specializing in digital identity, has asked us to find an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead their technical drive and guide their startup’s journey.  You will also play a key part in sharing their mission, executing technical strategies, and propelling their identity platform.

The focus is on transforming the methods through which both individuals and organizations manage and secure their online identities.  The primary goal is to provide innovative solutions that empower users to control their digital presence and enhance security in the digital realm.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute strategic direction.
• Oversee digital identity platform development with technical expertise and visionary leadership.
• Create a robust, scalable, and secure software architecture to ensure user data protection.
• Lead a dynamic engineering team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Forge partnerships with stakeholders, government bodies, and potential clients in the identity field.
• Manage company operations, including budgeting, resourcing, and strategic choices.

Qualifications: 

• Proven leadership experience in the digital identity space.
• Strong understanding of the digital identity space in the US market.
• Deep grasp of blockchain, cryptography, identity standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, and new digital identity trends.
• Past or current involvement in startups or co-founding, showcasing your drive for emerging ventures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse, guiding teams and representing the company adeptly.
