What You’ll Be Doing - Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of care
- Manage and develop a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff
- Drive performance against key operational metrics, including service delivery, workflow efficiency, and patient volume
- Ensure full compliance with provincial regulatory standards and professional practice requirements
- Oversee medication management systems, including procurement, inventory, and controlled substances
- Collaborate closely with internal clinical teams and external healthcare partners
- Handle patient, physician, and stakeholder inquiries with a solutions-focused approach
- Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for the pharmacy team
What You Bring - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or higher)
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing pharmacist
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive performance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This role is a replacement offering a salary range of: $125k - $135k + Bonus
