What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of care
• Manage and develop a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff
• Drive performance against key operational metrics, including service delivery, workflow efficiency, and patient volume
• Ensure full compliance with provincial regulatory standards and professional practice requirements
• Oversee medication management systems, including procurement, inventory, and controlled substances
• Collaborate closely with internal clinical teams and external healthcare partners
• Handle patient, physician, and stakeholder inquiries with a solutions-focused approach
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for the pharmacy team

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or higher)
• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing pharmacist
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive performance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
