Director of Operations

Job Description

Our client, Securiguard Services Limited, has been at the forefront of asset protection for almost fifty years with leading-edge innovative security and safety solutions. Today, Securiguard is one of the largest and most trusted private security organizations in Canada. And now they are looking to expand their amazing team with the addition of a Director of Operations who will oversee all activities for their critical Ontario Securiguard Security Operations, reporting directly to the Vice President Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand your clients and lead from the front by being actively involved in all aspects of client relationship management to become their trusted security and safety solutions resource.

• Build a successful motivated team from the front lines to the office who live the company values, are best in class on responsiveness to the clients, feel supported and embrace their career opportunities with Securiguard while realizing the goals of enhancing service delivery, while meeting expected financial and business results

• Manage, maintain and improve on all aspects of the delivery of quality security services to an existing key client base.

• Visit client sites with Client Service Team on a regular basis to understand future needs and level of satisfaction as well as maintain working knowledge of services required and how it can be improved.

• Ensure all contract and legislative requirements are being met.

• Support strategic account start-ups and transition plans

• Management of Strategic Alliances and sub-contractors (as applicable)

• Bid Team Participation and Proposal Writing support

• Incident Response and Incident Command

• KPI Implementation and Reporting

• Asset, Equipment and Fleet Management
