- 3+ years of Litigation experience (Personal Injury / Insurance Defense) is required
- Experienced with Production Letters and Undertakings
- Prepares for examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and mediations/arbitrations
- Liaise with clients and opposing counsel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work well under pressure, be client oriented, exhibit good judgment, resourcefulness, and demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Hybrid role (3 days in-office)
