Our client operates in several countries in North America and Europe and has been around for 50+ years in the foodservice industry. They are looking for some to be the
Managing Director for the Canadian business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the annual sales and operational plans for Canada
- Leading and developing the Canada Team. A motivator and passion for people
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a high level of integrity
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a problem solver who can contribute to the strategic vision globally and work autonomously
Required Experience:
- 10+ yrs in senior sales, marketing and/or operational roles
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, MBA is an asset or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of leading/developing teams, P&L ownership and achieving results, both in sales and operational efficiencies
- Experience in the following areas are considered an asset: Foodservice, Broker/distributor, Healthcare, contract caterers
