- Compensation is a base salary, plus bonus on a graduated percentage of billings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of post-call experience working in Family Law
- Have a roster of clients to partially sustain, but capacity & eagerness to manage much more
- Own a book of at least $250,000 preferred
- Will have the support of a dedicated Law Clerk, or shared with another Lawyer
- Needs to have strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children's Law Reform Act
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
