Our Family Law client is looking for an experienced Family Law Associate for a 12-month maternity leave contract, for a 5-day in-office role in Toronto (North York).
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of Post-Call Family Law experience
- Assist Partners with existing files
- Ability to carry their own files
- Not required to find new business
- Possibility to make this a permanent role
- Has strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act & the Children's Law Reform Act
