As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive management by providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational assistance. You’ll handle a variety of complex business and administrative tasks while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

This position falls within the Administrative Services function, responsible for supporting operations, teams, and senior management across the organization through exceptional administrative expertise and coordination.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, edit and format documents, record and transcribe meeting minutes, and perform a variety of executive-level administrative duties.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data for management reporting and decision-making; assist in preparing executive presentations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal stakeholders, employees, and external clients.
  • Review and route incoming correspondence, including letters and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate handling.
  • Manage confidential requests with discretion, determining the best course of action to achieve results efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, and execute large meetings and conferences; arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues, developing creative or improved solutions to help achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to new process enhancements and techniques to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure team outcomes align with and positively impact broader organizational and client objectives.
  • Lead by example—demonstrating company values, promoting collaboration, and guiding colleagues through best practices.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of 5+ years of relevant administrative experience. Supervisory or shift management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes, procedures, and systems, with foundational knowledge of related business functions.
  • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, including the capacity to calculate complex figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
