Key Responsibilities
- Own site performance including staffing, inventory, service delivery, and financial targets
- Act as the accountable pharmacy leader in accordance with provincial regulations and professional standards
- Ensure safe, compliant medication management and accurate prescription processing and billing
- Lead a patient-focused care model rooted in evidence-based practice
- Partner with internal clinics and external stakeholders to support continuity of care and patient growth
- Monitor quality events and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency
- Build, schedule, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team
- Drive adherence to policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or higher)
- Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; leadership exposure preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment
