new US Creative Lead to shape the next chapter of their experiential and corporate events offering.
Role Overview This is a senior creative leadership role positioned at the intersection of
experiential marketing and large-scale corporate events (B2C and B2B).
You will be responsible for redefining how experiences look, feel, and function—while also setting the creative standard for Mosaic’s US and broader North American experiential work.
Key Mandates - Lead and grow the US creative team, developing emerging talent and elevating creative output
- Own and lead all US experiential work
- Serve as the North American creative lead for B2B and corporate event work
What You Bring - 10+ years of agency experience
- Deep expertise in experiential marketing and large-scale B2B corporate events
- A strong portfolio of recognized, award-level work
- A player-coach approach—able to lead and inspire teams while actively contributing to execution when needed
- Background in Art Direction preferred, though Copy or multi-disciplinary storytellers are welcome
- Constant curiosity around emerging tools, technologies, and cultural trends
- Strong collaborative style and presence within creative communities
- Broad cultural fluency across art, food, music, and pop culture
