About the Role   
We’re looking for a Commercial Partnerships and Growth Manager to build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with important sellers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketplace operations, and data-driven decision-making.
You will find and own a portfolio of high-impact entertainment seller accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and partner closely with internal teams to drive seller success, marketplace health, and sustained revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability, metrics-driven environments, understands marketplaces, and is comfortable using data and AI-driven insights to guide
strategy and execution.
  
  
Key Responsibilities   
Seller Relationship Ownership   
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top sellers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all seller-related account matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with seller stakeholders and decision-makers
  
Revenue Growth & Marketplace Expansion   
  • Grow revenue and activity within existing top seller accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller performance, pricing strategies, and inventory utilization
  • Proactively surface new business opportunities within your book of business
  • Proactively identify seller platform/product opportunities and offerings for integrating to improve profitability, speed to market to a better user experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership   
  • Translate seller needs into clear, actionable insights for internal teams (Product, Ops, Legal, Execs and Finance)
  • Ensure seller issues are clearly communicated, prioritized, and resolved efficiently
  • Advocate internally for seller success while balancing marketplace integrity
  
  
  
Performance Tracking & Reporting   
  • Forecast and track key seller metrics (volume, revenue, growth trends)
  • Prepare regular account performance updates and business reviews
  • Develop data-informed business plans to achieve growth targets and quotas
  
  
  
Seller Experience & Retention   
  • Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure sellers receive best-in-class support and post-sale engagement
  • Maintain regular communication to anticipate needs and prevent issues before they arise
  • Create a 90-day, Quarterly and Annual success plan for this role
  
AI, Process & CRM Ownership   
In addition to seller relationship and revenue responsibilities, this role is expected to actively
leverage AI and build scalable account operations:
  
  • Use AI tools to analyze seller performance, pricing trends, inventory velocity, and demand signals
  • Translate AI-driven insights into clear recommendations for sellers (pricing, inventory strategy, timing, optimization)
  • Design, document, and continuously improve repeatable account management processes using SOPs, playbooks, and automation
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to ensure accurate tracking of seller activity, pipeline, forecasts, and communications
  • Establish structured workflows for seller onboarding, engagement, escalation, renewals, and performance reviews
  • Use AI responsibly to automate routine tasks (reporting, summaries, follow-ups) while applying judgment on exceptions and escalations
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy across your book of business
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Data teams to evolve AI-assisted tooling and workflows that improve seller outcomes and marketplace health
  
What We’re Looking For   
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role
  • Track record of building long-term, high-value client relationships
  • Experience in sales-driven or performance-based environments
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfort using data, dashboards, and insights to guide decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously with precision
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
