Our client is a well established Canadian company in the food industry and they are looking for a Director of Operations Finance to join their organization. This is an exciting role reporting to the CFO in a organization in growth mode.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational financial reporting for the organization
- Own the financial planning and FP&A process
- Provide financial modeling and recommendations on opportunities & investments
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with Operations and Supply Chain on cost containment
- Lead, mentor and develop your team. You are a great communicator
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred (considered a strong asset).
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in operational finance within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive business results..
- Proficiency in financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
