Our client, a mid-sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer, for a hybrid role.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Focus primarily on Employer / Management side
  • Strong understanding with Wrongful Dismissals, Labour Relations, Employment Standards & Contracts, Health & Safety, etc
  • Experienced with drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures
  • Work directly with a Senior Partner
  • A book of business is an asset, but not required
 Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Post Call experience in Employment & Labour Law
  • Hybrid position: 2-3 days in-office
  • Comfortable with attending Networking Events and Conferences
