IQ PARTNERS is exclusively partnered with a leading, privately held speciality industrial custom manufacturer to identify an Executive Vice President, Operations, reporting directly into the President, to lead continued growth in scale, complexity, and customer expectations. This is a new role.

Our client offers end-to-end solutions—from design and development through custom finishing and global logistics, which helps them support their customers with reduced lead times, simplified supply chains, and consistent quality throughout the production lifecycle.

They are a 50-year-old, privately held organization with multiple manufacturing sites across Ontario, and employ several hundred non-unionized people across their corporate headquarters and in those manufacturing environments. This is a mission-critical role designed to support their evolving business and next phase of growth, and will have full operational accountabilities for all five locations. This executive will bring a strong data-driven mindset, deep multi-site manufacturing experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

They will play a central role in strengthening operational discipline, scaling best practices, and building a best-in-class performance culture—while maintaining the flexibility and customer-centric mindset that their reputation with customers has been built on.

Experience & Background

• Senior operational leadership experience within manufacturing processing environments with similar complexities.
• Proven success leading multi-site manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a growing, complex organization
• Track record of implementing and sustaining continuous improvement programs

Technical & Strategic Capabilities

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Deep understanding and reliance on operational KPIs, performance management systems, and process optimization
• Experience working with Six Sigma, TQM, Lean, or comparable methodologies
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels simultaneously
