Our client, Cyclomedica, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their professional and committed team.
This replacement role is primarily responsible for installation, maintenance, and service repair of the Technegas Generator.
Key Responsibilities
This replacement role is primarily responsible for installation, maintenance, and service repair of the Technegas Generator.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer site installation and training
- Customer site service and maintenance
- Report writing and customer service
- Liaison for customer feedback to Sales team and Quality
- Mechanical fitting and assembly
- Electronic fitting and assembly
- Control and testing
- Working in ISO13485 controlled environment
- Electromechanical background, Biomedical Engineer is preferred but not essential.
- 2 years experience required
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience with visual quality control
- Well-presented and great rapport with customers
- Experience in ISO13485 or another regulated environment
- A current driver’s license is essential
- $100k/year
