Healthcare Recruiter

IQ PARTNERS, one of Canada’s leading recruitment firms, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team.  This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of healthcare recruitment experience or a healthcare professional interested in making the transition into recruitment. You’ll focus exclusively on headhunting and candidate delivery in a growing, high-demand sector.
  
What You’ll Do

• Source, headhunt, and engage top healthcare professionals across Canada
• Manage the candidate side of the recruitment process: research, outreach, screening, and interviewing
• Write candidate summaries and present shortlisted candidates internally
• Stay informed on healthcare talent markets, compensation trends, and candidate movement
• Support senior consultants on active searches and build your expertise as a headhunter

  
What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of recruitment experience (healthcare experience is required) OR a healthcare background with a desire to transition into recruitment
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines at once
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingualism would be considered an asset
