Position Summary:Reporting in the Canadian GM, the Senior HR Manager is a great HR generalist responsible for salaried and hourly staff. You are the "right hand" for the GM and have great administrative skills as well.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage the entire hiring and onboarding process for employees
- Collaborate with your counterparts in the US
- Own the annual performance review process and budget (bonuses & annual increases)
- Manage the benefit package and ensure the CRM system is up to date
- Ad hoc projects and admin tasks for the GM
Requirements: - Minimum 7+ years of general HR experience
- University degree and a CHRP or CHRL designation is required
- Good well rounded HR experience: hiring, performance reviews etc and a good communicator
- Excellent computer skills, well organized and detailed oriented
- Hybrid 2 days/wk in office
