Vice President, Sales & Commercial Strategy
Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000

Our client, Canadian Food Innovation Network (CFIN), is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Commercial Strategy. This role is a replacement hire and will play a key leadership role in driving revenue growth and commercial strategy.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, the VP will be responsible for developing and executing CFIN’s revenue strategy, building a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships, and leading complex enterprise sales with corporate and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CFIN’s revenue and commercial strategy
  • Build and manage a senior-level sales pipeline focused on enterprise and institutional partners
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and close high-value, multi-year partnerships
  • Define pricing models, revenue targets, and profitability frameworks for products and programs
  • Implement CRM processes, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics
  • Provide revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to the CEO and Board
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in senior sales, revenue, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven success selling to large enterprises and managing complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
  • Experience developing sales strategies, revenue models, and commercial pipelines
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite leaders and Boards
  • Experience in innovation, technology, not-for-profit, or membership-based organizations is an asset
