Danielle is part of our Operations team, supporting everything from training and onboarding to accounting and general office administration. She joined IQ PARTNERS in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant on our Accounting & Finance recruitment team before transitioning onto our Operations team in early 2021. With a background in program and operations management in the financial services, recruitment and not-for-profit industries, Danielle brings a wide range of experience and skills to the team.
As an expert researcher and LinkedIn super-user, Danielle also provides search support to our team of headhunters, conducting in-depth market scans and developing candidate sourcing pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions at the Senior, Executive & C-Suite levels.
Danielle received a certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown Collage in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from the University of Guelph. As administrator of our Training and DEI Committees, Danielle is devoted to continuous learning, fostering an inclusive work environment, and maintaining fair and equitable HR practices and policies.
