Guanping (Karen) Quan

Karen graduated from Rotman Commerce at The University of Toronto with a specialization in Finance. She has worked as a client advisor both in the luxury retail and banking industries, where she found her passion in relationship building and problem solving. She eventually “stumbled” into her career in recruitment after working with multiple recruiters as a candidate and becoming curious about what they do. Karen has built relationships with the top accounting talent and public accounting firms in Toronto and Vancouver. She prides herself on engaging with and sourcing those hard-to-find superstars.
