Melissa is a Director, Client Services with the IQ PARTNERS Legal Recruitment team, specializing in legal positions (Assistants, Clerks, Lawyers, and other support staff) in both law firms and in-house legal departments, as well as HR positions (Generalists, Business Partners, Senior Leaders and Recruiters) across industries.

She has spent the last 10+ years of her career finding top talent in the legal, healthcare technology, and utilities industries, both in-house and in an agency environment. She prides herself on being able to make long-lasting connections between candidates and hiring teams, providing transparent and prompt communication, and providing an amazing experience for everyone involved.
