Gary Hinde

Gary is a Partner and Practice Lead of one of Toronto’s most respected teams of Technology recruiters. With over 30 years of experience in Technology recruitment and sales, he is also Head of Learning and Development at IQ PARTNERS and the most senior Technology recruitment leader across the Humanis Group of Companies.

Gary has a strong background in building and managing high-performing teams and specializes in contract and permanent placements within the Technology space. He is committed to customer service and has a genuine love for working with people and solving business problems. Known for his attention to detail and consistently high level of service, Gary works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions. He is driven by excellence and has been recognized as a top performer throughout his career.

A Business graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), formerly Ryerson University, with a certificate in HR from Georgian College, Gary also gives back to the community through presentations on a range of topics, particularly Career Management and Technology.
