Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Office Manager/EA to the CEO to perform a variety of administrative tasks and special projects.  Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Office Manager with calendar management, travel coordination and administrative responsibilities for four members of the Executive team.  The ideal candidate will also assist in daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative functions and working on special ad hoc projects.


  • Support the Office Manager/EA to the CEO with day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Support the CFO with the Firm’s Office move (if/when needed) and other strategic administrative projects
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, ordering of supplies and facilities
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
  • Participate in special projects as needed


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • At least one year of Administrative experience in a professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
