We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Office Manager/EA to the CEO to perform a variety of administrative tasks and special projects. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Office Manager with calendar management, travel coordination and administrative responsibilities for four members of the Executive team. The ideal candidate will also assist in daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative functions and working on special ad hoc projects.
