Your people are getting burned out. It’s been a challenging 2020 and 2021. Amid the pandemic, working from home, parents doing remote learning with their children, and myriad uncertainties, people need a break.
We feel the same here at IQ Partners. Many of our team members have been dealing with the same challenges. To help prevent our team from experiencing burnout and get back to balance, we are giving our employees every other Friday off this summer. We are calling it Better Balance Fridays and our team is very excited about it!!
