Although the impact of COVID-19 has changed the way we operate internally, our team has worked hard to continue delivering best-in-class recruitment services for our clients and exemplary experiences for our candidates.
For the safety of our team members, we are operating remotely for the time being. Using an array of digital tools, we have helped our clients transition from in-person meetings to remote video interviews. We also continue to interact with candidates to provide counsel and tips in these challenging times and to ensure we can provide our clients with the latest information on who is available to fill their needs.
All of our consultants have the flexibility and technology necessary to serve you regardless of location. Out of caution, ‘in-person’ interviews have been suspended and will now be conducted via video.
Some of our recruitment mandates have paused, but many of our clients are still proceeding with their hires. And while some of the search timelines may slow-down, most will complete. Either way, we’ll do everything we can to keep you in the loop during the process.
